Instant yeast for dough with high sugar content, to be added directly to the flour during mixing. The dosage depends on the application, recipe, type of process and process circumstances. Higher volume for bakery products with high sugar content. Better appearance and texture of bread. Dry and stable pasta for better workability. High tolerance for flour and process variations. BB at max 25°C – 75% humidity.

Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).

Directions for use: Add to dough during first stage of mixing or add to flour.

Store preferably in a cool, dry place.
