Tamarind is a pruning-like fruit used in Southeast Asian and Indian cuisine. This wet tamarind is made from 100% fresh tamarind. It is seedless.
- 100% Tamarind pulp seedless, paste as
- No sugar, no color, no added preservatives.
- Use for many Southeast Asian cuisines, sauces, juice
- Place tamarind (small amount) in hot water. Next, use your fingers to mash the tamarind in, until it dissolves into a sauce-like paste. Add more water as needed. Discard the pulsations.
