Lachcha Semai Pheni Vermicelli are delicious fried noodles that are particularly easy to prepare. The vermicelli just has to be mixed with some warm milk and sugar. After about 15 minutes, ingredients of your choice such as chopped almonds, raisins, and pistachios can be added. This delicious dessert is popular with young and old and can be prepared individually.
