Ingredients: Paprika, Curry, Garlic, Pepper and Salt.
Here’s a simple yet flavorful recipe:
**Ingredients:**
– 1 whole rabbit, cut into pieces
– 2 tablespoons of our Flavours Rabbit Seasoning
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 carrots, sliced
– 2 potatoes, cubed
– 1 cup red wine
– 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
– 2 Flavours bay leaves
– Flavours Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. **Marinate the Rabbit:** Rub the rabbit pieces with Flavours Rabbit Seasoning and let them marinate for at least an hour in the fridge.
2. **Brown the Rabbit:** In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the rabbit pieces and brown them on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. **Sauté Vegetables:** In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent. Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for a few more minutes.
4. **Deglaze:** Pour in the red wine to deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
5. **Simmer:** Return the rabbit pieces to the pot, add the broth, Flavours bay leaves, and additional Flavours salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the rabbit is tender.
6. **Garnish and Serve:** Remove Flavours bay leaves, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
