With its tantalizing blend of rich spices and flavors, this tandoori masala mix helps you recreate the traditional barbeque experience at home. The ingredients used are Salt, Red Chili, Dried Plums With Pits, Paprika, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Cinnamon, etc. This pre-mixed spice mixture is used to make Tandoori-style barbeque chicken. It is a flavourful masala that gives you tandoori chicken in minutes at home. Made from a select variety of spices to make your Biryani time more delicious and tastier.
Recipe: Make a marinade paste by grinding together 6 cloves of garlic, 60g onions, 15g ginger, 1/2 tsp Heera Desi Mirch powder and 1tsp salt. Apply this paste to 800g of chicken pieces. Place the coated chicken in a pressure cooker with 180ml waler and pressure cook for 10mins. Remove the chicken pieces from the pressure cooker then score them with a knife. In a bowl mix together 20g Heera Tandoori BBQ Masala 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Heera Desi Mirch powder, 1tsp gram flour, 3tsp lemon juice and 3tsp water. Apply this mix ail over the scored chicken pieces. Bake In a preheated oven at 200c or a tandoor for 15mins. Remove the chicken then paste with olive oil before cooking further on a BBQ (or back in the oven). Cook until tender. Serve hot.
