Mama Mi Goreng Oriental Style Instant Noodles.
Mi Goreng, meaning fried noodle, is a traditional yellow noodle dish found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. These spicy aromatic noodles are widely sold throughout this region in street stalls and high-class restaurants. Traditionally it is believed that Chinese immigrants to Southeast Asia brought chow mien with them when they moved south through Asia. Taken in by the domestic cultures in which the Chinese lived, this dish over time evolved into the native cuisine with the use of local products and styles.
