Directions: In a saucepan, combine 3 tbsp (30 grams) Mama Sita’s and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, or until bubbles start to form around the seeds, with constant stirring. Remove from heat and let it stand for 3 more minutes. Drain and discard seeds. Add to any dish that requires annatto oil.
