Rumpum is the most popular snack in Nepal. It can be eaten straight from the package or cooked in soup form or can be boiled and stir fried like chowmein. Unlike ordinary noodles, It is pre-cooked, flavored, seasoned and fried before packaging.

Usage Instructions
  • Soup It: Boil 240 ml water. Break the noodle cake into two parts. Add the noodles, seasoning & oil into the boiling water. Cook it for 3 minutes & serve it hot. Garnishing can be done with raw onion, green chilli & coriander flakes., Fry It: Put oil in frying pan, add onion, tomato & green vegetables in hot oil. Then, add noodle & seasoning. Stir it for 1 minute & pour 185 ml water.Cook it till water dries up & serve it hot with desired garnishing., Munch It: Crush noodle within packet, add seasoning & oil in the pack. Enjoy it.
